Not much to say about today's painting. As I started the painting the colors in the upper left hand corner of the painting reminded me of a volcano erupting so I tried to create the look of lava flowing throughout the rest of the painting.

Just an abstract today. Nothing inspiring came to me while I was painting. There were no hidden forms in the flow of the paint tonight.

It appears that I am doing a series of fish paintings. I haven't planned to do that but for the last couple of days when I start the paintings I am seeing fish in the flow of the paint. These fish remind me of those Siamese Fighting Fish that you see in the little tanks by themselves at the pet store.

I was very happy the way that this painting flowed into the images of Koi fish in a pond. I really like this one.

I thought I would switch it up a bit and just do a Rainbow Reflection landscape. I like this one because it reminds me of a river a night.

I like the top left corner of this painting but hate the whole right side. Since this blog is about 365 days of ACEOs the paintings have to be 2 1/2 inches by 3 1/2 inches. If I didn't have those size restrictions I think I would have cropped it to look like this:
